pnw samples

Hi, for the pnw sample case, there are no convolution config file and forcing data available. Do these exist and could you make them available please? I am trying to run RVIC with remap=FALSE as I have issues with the CDO, so trying to run the pnw sample case as opposed to the rasm sample, but the files for the convolution are not in the git repo. Cheers!
