Error in installing RVIC on python

I am getting the following error when trying to install rvic using pip:
error: Microsoft Visual C++ 14.0 is required. Get it with "Microsoft Visual C++ Build Tools": https://visualstudio.microsoft.com/downloads/

I am using python 3, have alreasy installed netcdf4, pandas and numpy.
