SKIPYEAR in VIC 5?? #956

Hi! I was wondering if the global paramter SKIPYEAR is implemented in VIC 5, or if there is another way to save model outputs skipping some years from the simulation period. SKIPYEAR was implemented in version 4, and it was quite useful as the model outputs could in this way exclude the spin-up period. However, this option doesn't work if I use it in the global parameter file in version 5.
