Request for the classic VIC Fortran routing code

Dear VIC Community,

I am working on VIC-based hydrologic modeling and need to perform flood routing using the classic Fortran-based VIC routing model (Lohmann et al). I have not been able to find the original route code (tar.gz) or any other distribution of the Fortran routing code online, as the old download links appear to be unavailable.

Could someone please provide me with a copy of the classic VIC routing model Fortran code, or direct me to an archive where I can download it? If there are any updated documentation, that would also be greatly appreciated.
