Fluff in URL still makes API dutifully return results

I'm not sure if this is a feature or bug, but consider this:
https://macrostrat.org/api/units?limestone&project_id=1,7&format=csv&response=long

Is this the behavior we want?

This is definitely a bug but it may not be worth fixing, at least in this version of the API.
