require explicit parameter to retrieve unit notes in /units?

Some units have very long notes, particularly eODP which is a large project. Notes are designed to be human read.

It might be wise to omit the unit_notes from the standard response=long output and require a separate parameter "notes" or "show_notes" or something like that in order to retrieve them.

Maybe we should add a response type details to retrieve this and speculative other verbose information?

Michael's implementation of response "blocks" is really elegant for this in PBDB. Blocks are logical groups of response variables that have meaning (e.g., "nomenclature", "time", etc.)
