Testing v2 tileserver - .mvt's

https://tiles.v2.macrostrat.org MVT tile requests. Note that api requests with a .mvt extension fails and returns a 500 internal server error. However, in v1, the extensions are accepted. We fixed this by modifying the varnish config to re-route all .mvt requests to the core backend pod rather than the legacy pod. After the request is re-routed, .mvt ext is removed before sending the request through the API, so a 500 is not returned.

Only one failure and also looks much more stable than v1.
