Model feedback auth

Authentication needs to be looked at again for posting model runs and feedback

More testing needs to be done, like @davenquinn seeing if he can submit model feedback via the current deployed route
- If he can, then the system works pretty well
- Otherwise, we have to consider possibly sending user_id with post request instead of handling serverside via cookies
