The people page should not be based on dynamic, not static data.

Web interface

• Needs to display people and contributions data from the database
• Needs to be filterable by multiple fields

External

• form needs to be created that can be sent to outside contributors

Macrostrat API

• make postgrest

Database (UW-Macrostrat/macrostrat/pull/191)

• people table that contains all contributors
• contributions table, linked to id in people table, listing all a persons contributions
