Return table metadata

When a document is processed, a metadata.json file should also be generated. For each table, it should include:

• Table coordinates (relative to the page, not absolute)
• Page number (relative to first page of document)
• Title, if known ('Table 1', 'Figure 3', etc)
• Run date and time
• docid
