Make camera software write the focuser position to output headers

It does not look like the focus position (position of secondary?) is output to the file headers when taking images. We're currently writing RA/Dec, so we should be able to also output the focus value. This will help us monitor focus throughout a night.

This probably requires changes to some code in Evora. We'll have to figure out where it lives.

It'll take a small change to Bifrost (the telescope control code) as well, to send the value to Evora.
