Add WebSocket for MCC mission commands #389
Description
Background
We need a way to for the MCC to transmit and execute 'arbitrary' commands to the GS to allow for more control. The web socket should display the results of the executed command
Requirements
- Determine what operations can be done via this WebSocket
- Create the WebSocket
- Write tests
