Background

The callsign csv found in gs/backend/data/resources has varying formatting and is overall non-optimal (capitalizations, double quotations, middle names, initials). We need a standardized formatting across the csv for future use as a user verification resource.

Requirements

Describe the requirements that this feature must meet.

• Identify a proper format for each csv column
• Clean the data to fit the format
• Only modify the csv
