Add EPS solar cell power architecture

The following components will need to be modeled to guarantee the implementation of the EPS solar cell power architecture.

• Solar panels (with temperature dependence)
• Temperature sensor (on panels)
• Maximum power point tracking (MPPT) algorithm (w/wout temperature dependence)
• Digital potentiometer for implementation of MPPT
