Add rich content to the editor

Right now, we have inline LaTeX as a proof of concept (which isn't quite functional)

Basics:

• LaTeX, inline and block
• images
• footnotes

Nice to haves:

• social media embeds (not sure how we'd translate this to print)
• tables
