Change project name

We decided to change the project name to Goose Press.

@tyxchen @ktrieu once we change it, you'll need to update the remote in your local git copy.

Should we also change our internal references too? Or can we get away keeping slugline as an internal name?

(Bonus question: Is it Goose Press with a space, or GoosePress without?)

I like without a space.

I would prefer we don't have any internal references to the program name.

Looking through https://github.com/UWmathNEWS/slugline-web/search?q=slugline&unscoped_q=slugline, it should be fairly easy to avoid the project name.

For instance, instead of SluglineEditor, use something like ArticleEditor or ContentEditor.

In general, I prefer generic names. Describe what the component itself does, not what it does in the specific context of the application.
