The Jupiter installation doesn't work anymore.
Command pip3 install --user jupyter gives the following error:

Failed to build pyzmq
error: failed-wheel-build-for-install

× Failed to build installable wheels for some pyproject.toml based projects
╰─> pyzmq

I'm not an expert, but it seems that some dependencies for pyzmq are missing.
