[policy] optional enhancement of other guides #426
Description
as a guide allways represents a closed solution, i am not sure how to provide optional enhancements like for example:
add graphana visualisation to the prometheus guide(this installs another beast of software)
add a prometheus exporter to the postgresql guide
add a prometheus exporter to the synapse guide (this is just adding one word/one listener)
