Don’t list unavailable GCC drivers #592

Currently, https://manual.uberspace.de/lang-gcc/ lists various languages supported by the upstream GCC project.
Not all of them have been supported by RH and are missing in RHEL/CentOS 7.

If one feeds a D source file to GCC on U7, it notes that it the corresponding driver is available:

gcc: error: filename.d: D compiler not installed on this system

I’d propose to update the manual to not mention unavailable options, so that the statement “It can be used directly to build tools written in C or C++ […]” becomes unambiguous.
