[Feature Request] WindowShuffler - Window Rules - Disable windows drag option

I woud like to have a tick box on window rule creation to disable the dragging and resizing of windows, locking the window in place.
When we put a window in a snap position and reach the gap space with mouse, sometimes it activates the drag of the windows, resizing it, so a place lock would be good.
