what's the equivalent of `-n` and `--defeat-rst-ratelimit` flag?

• -n is supported through WithDisabledDNSResolution
• --defeat-XXX-ratelimit these options are not implemented as of yet. You can use the WithMinRate/WithMaxRate options to achieve a similar effect manually, IIRC, or add them by contributing to this repository 👍
