Thanks for the report.
It won't slice for me either. I didn't find any errors in the model.
From my log file:
"Backend exited abnormally with return code 3221225477!"
My understanding is that is a generic error.

When I set the "Outer Wall Line Width" to 0.45 it sliced.

I think there is something wrong within your "V3 flexi Dino PLA" profile. When I switch to "Standard" and set the line widths to 0.50 and the Layer Heights to 0.25 there isn't any problem.

Someone from the Cura team will take a look.
