Nothing on the build plate

Reproduction steps

I am trying to open a STL but nothing appears on the plate.
I've tried downloading the file and then open in cura OR open directly from printable.

I've tried multiples files, multiple times.

Actual results

nothing appears on the plate.

The file in order to splice

Have you tried re-installing Cura? I have not had this problem and this is the first report of this behavior. That usually indicates it's a local problem. Are you sure your video drivers are up to date?If you would use the "Help | Show configuration folder" command it will take you to the location of the Cura .log file. Zip that file and post the zip folder here.
