Reproduction steps

so I connected the printer via usb but nothing ever shows not in monitor nowhere

Actual results

Nothing absolutely nothing.

Expected results

I thought that the printer will show up I will slice and print

Thanks for the report.
USB Printing was abandoned by UM several years ago. It remains a part of Cura because UM Original printers require it. It is no longer maintained by UM. It either works or it doesn't.

Due to several reports regarding interference between Cura and certain USB devices that were internally configured as Serial Devices (earbuds and such) - starting with UM Cura 5.11.0, USB Printing is "Disabled by Default". The user must go to "Preferences" and then "Configure Cura" and you must enable it (restart required) before it can be used.

I'll remove the bug label and close this. Let me know if you feel that is premature.
