SLicing failed on a model that sliced fine until I added threads

I updated the template for the slice error reports. The main problem is you're describing an issue without including the project file that showcases the issue, any number of issues might be the cause. For example, setting value, position, support generation, model errors, ...
Without a project file the advise we can give is to look at the settings, try the latest version, check model, and see what resolves it.

Update to the latest available Cura version first and see if the issue is resolved.

The older "File | Save Project" command will generate a 3mf project file that will include the model, your current Cura settings, and your active printer.
Zip the file and post it directly here (posting via Email does not work on Github).
This is in 5.11.0. I know I've printed this using 5.7.2 as well.
