LICENSE and README.md files disagree on what the license is

README.md says:

Arcus is released under terms of the AGPLv3 License. Terms of the license can be found in the LICENSE file. Or at http://www.gnu.org/licenses/agpl.html

But the LICENSE file contains the LGPLv3, which is a different license.

Which is correct?
