[FEATURE] Remote control unable to work, client DNS service bug

Problem

First thank you for the list. It is awesome. However, there are two issues

1. It is impossible to modify it later without completly deactivate 'DNS Client' using msconfig
2. It is impossible to use the tool 'Remote Control' to access another computer in local.
3. Additional issue, when the network adapter is deactivated, it is impossible to make any type of research.
