Hi,
I found a bug in UltraStar Deluxe version 2026.5.0 with USB audio interfaces that have multiple input/output channels (for example: Behringer UMC204HD).
In version 2026.2.0, the microphone works correctly.
In version 2026.5.0, the microphone is detected in the configuration screen, but when entering “Sing” mode the game shows the message “Please assign a microphone”, even if it is already assigned.
It seems that the new device enumeration in 2026.5.0 treats multi‑channel devices as invalid when entering Sing mode.
Tested on Windows 11 with UMC204HD driver 5.72.0.
Thanks!
