This mainly applies to games that are compressed versions for kirikiri android emulator - kirikiroid2. These versions are not official and are created by some chinese, who convert everything to .webp for compression, including images inside .pimg. I thought they were using Freemote for this, but Freemote does not support it. So, can you add the extraction of such images, and more importantly, somehow add pimg assembly with webp? As I understand, now it can only be assembled in TLG, but it would be useful if it were possible to specify the type somehow.
The fact is that kirikiroid2 emulator supports many more formats, including images inside PSB. I think this also applies to PSB sprites from Nekopara, so it would also be useful for them if it were possible to specify the type too. And in general, all formats that appear in kirikiri, including dpak.
Samples (original pimg and webp pimg):
