Toggle for Wallpaper Image ON/OFF #40
Description
I would like to propose a toggle feature for the wallpaper image on our website. The resources for the wallpaper might be too large, as I've noticed that the loading time is excessive. (remote server lol)
It would be a good idea to allow users to turn the wallpaper on or off. When the wallpaper is turned off, we could display an animation using SVG instead.
This would work similarly to a dark/light theme, but with the option to switch between an SVG animation and the wallpaper image :)
