The user will need to either provide an API key or sign in to ChatGPT.

• Add OpenAI account type to prefs window
• Implement OAuth login
• Add a button to the commit UI to add an AI-generated summary
• Add a button/command somewhere to generate AI feedback on changes from workspace or commit
• Look into integrating other AI services besides ChatGPT

Looked into Claude AI - there doesn't seem to be a free tier with their API.
