lil' delirium disappears in co-op

Lil' delirium disappears if you get him during CO-OP, it works fine in single player.
going into other rooms doesn't fix it either, neither does re-moving and re-giving lil' delirium.
(clip does have repentagon but I've also tested without any mods and such)
