Refactor notification routes to more clearly connect the forms #1795
Description
There should only be one button in the dropdown, "Notifications".
In addition, it should be possible to navigate between the different form types in a single click. A probable solution is tabs.
Routes should be changed so they are all namespaced under /notifications:
/notifications/: Shows a list of profiles./notifications/profiles/<ID>: Shows details in a specific profile. Breadcrumbs back to the main page./notifications/timelots: Points to timeslots./notifactions/destinations: Points to destinations.
