Nav Link doesn't work when screen width below 1080px

The links at the top of the page don't work when the media query returns the screen width as 1080px. It seems to route to / always. Unsure the reason right now, as the code in components/Title seems quite similar to components/SideNav, which works. I tried adding withRouter and no luck there either.
