The tools, skills, plugins, and agents in the uniswap-ai package (collectively, "Skills") are open-source developer tools for integrating the Uniswap Protocol, and are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. They do not constitute legal, financial, investment, or tax advice.
The Skills are designed for developers building applications that interact with the Uniswap Protocol. They are not intended to be used to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation, including sanctions, export controls, or geographic restrictions
- Engage in the unauthorized or unlicensed practice of any profession, including, but not limited to, financial, legal, medical/health, or related professional practices
- Facilitate fraud, scams, phishing, social engineering, or other deceptive practices
- Impersonate a natural person, or present AI-generated outputs as human-generated where the distinction is material
- Exploit vulnerabilities in smart contracts, systems, or networks without authorization, or create or distribute malicious code
If you use any Skill to generate financial information — including swap routing suggestions, liquidity analysis, token research, or any other content that could inform a financial decision — and present that information directly to individuals or consumers, you must disclose to them that you are using AI to help produce your advice, decisions, or recommendations. This disclosure must be provided at a minimum at the beginning of each session.
