Hi UCP team 👋
Quick roadmap clarification: the roadmap lists “Product discovery and post-order management” as an upcoming priority. Does Product discovery mean standardizing catalog/list/search for Platforms (e.g., search/list items, item details/variants, availability/price)?
Also, do you have an intended implementation direction in mind?
Feed-based ingestion (similar to ACP-style product feeds), where Platforms ingest catalog data out-of-band, or
A UCP-standard search/catalog API capability exposed by Businesses (similar to other UCP protocol capabilities), or
Some hybrid approach
If this work is planned, any rough milestones (even high-level) for a draft spec/schema or a tracking issue/PR?
This matters because today Checkout requires line_items[].item.id, and Platforms need a consistent way to obtain/match those ids from a Business catalog (including variants/SKUs and price/availability changes).
Thanks
