com.android.cts.ctsshim breaks loading Animations

Removing this package freezes loading animation, it will only show the first frame (YouTube/Revanced Youtube and Infinity for reddit/continuum)

Restoring fixes it

Could someone test by disabling the package, restarting and checking if you see the loading animation on YouTube by loading a 4k video on maximum quality >1080

If it is replicable, then could move the package to expert?

Same for Aurora Store. Reinstalling and disabling, fixed it.
