pkg(scope): com.android.uwb.resources uninstall causes bootloop on One UI 8

Describe the problem

Uninstalling com.android.uwb.resources via UAD-ng on a Samsung SM-A075F (Galaxy A07) running One UI 8 (Android SDK 36) causes a bootloop. The device becomes stuck and cannot boot normally until the package is restored.

Device: Samsung SM-A075F (Galaxy A07)
One UI version: One UI 8
Android SDK: 36
UAD-ng removal level: Expert

The package was removed using UAD-ng's standard uninstall (pm uninstall --user 0 com.android.uwb.resources). After the next reboot, the device entered a bootloop.

Change the package removal level to Unsafe.

fixed my phone with reinstalling com.android.uwb.resources from UAD when the bootloop occurs or type adb shell pm enable com.android.uwb.resources from terminal.

Using adb shell cmd package install-existing com.android.uwb.resources throws

Exception occurred while executing 'install-existing':
java.lang.IllegalStateException: Cannot broadcast before boot completed
