[BUG] `ref`-variable issues

Bug Description

when creating a new ref variable, the original variable is erased and replaced with a self-reference.

Steps to reproduce the Bug

Run the following code:

const $a = 10
dim $b = ref $a

DebugAllVarsCompact()
