bug/no-docx-demo The demo site is not accepting docx files

**Describe the bug**
[The demo site](https://demo.unstructured.io/) states that we can use docx, but it does not allow uploading docx files.

**To Reproduce**
- go to website
- try to upload docx file

**Expected behavior**
Accept docx file
