Create and implement cards for events #125
Description
As part of our redesign, we are creating new cards to display events.
We have a design that should be implemented here:
After creating the cards. Update the "Events" page to show an "Upcoming Events" and a "Past Events" section showing cards in rows of three.
Additional information:
The feature should be branched off of the 2021-redesign branch, which contains a the barebones _include/event-card.html
