Repo name doesn't follow department standards

The RSE Agile handbook section 2.6 says "Repositories should be named with capitalised words and hyphens between words e.g. My-New-Repo." Can we please rename this repo?

This predates the policy, and we are planning to retire this tool at some point. So my feeling is that it would be more trouble than it would be worth to rename it (it is linked to some auto-deployment logic). There are a number of repos in the organisation which don't follow the handbook convention; it feels like busywork to go through renaming them all now...
