Skills marked as "To Develop" in MySkills still appear as a skill in the skills graph.

Hello....

Here is an issue about the skills graph. If there is a My Skill marked as "To Develop" in CapX the such as Django in the example shown below....

it still appears in the skills graph as a skill....

Would be good to be able to filter out "To Develop" skills from the skills graph.

Another approach would be to exclude arcs below a certain (selectable?) level of knowledge.
