Outline the Code submission process

Once Chris L wants other people to look at a version

• Chris does a PR [To the UoMResearchIT fork of the repo??]
• Andrew will check it for wider consequences, approve it,
• Andrew will update the main integration instance web dashboard container to use it,
• DUNE team will then be invited to test
• We can then ask for feedback from the DUNE Production Team in particular, and iterate.
