Objective 2: Creation of Workflow Definitions using dashboard/UI

All of the functionality exists, but is currently done by the command line.

Each workflow has a detailed description page, containing (for example) workflow metadata, the shell commands and the memory required in GBs. This functionality needs to be transferred to the web interface / UI.
