[HIDTREAS-116] Implement Blog Search Filter

Description

AS A: visitor of the hidden treasure website,
I WANT: to search and filter blog posts by keywords,
SO THAT: I can quickly find articles relevant to my interests without scrolling thorugh all posts.

AC's:

• Search Functionality: A search input field is available on the blog listing page. When a user types a keyword, the blog list updates to show only matching posts.
• Data Handling: The filter works with data fetched from Payload CMS
