Overhaul the configuration layout

Admitedly? Despite the Ok Zoomer 5.2.0's rewrite and the ongoing preset overhaul on Ok Zoomer 10.0.0? It's still somewhat messy! Especially after all those features got added (and we might add more!)

So the config screen might go through yet another barrage of changes in order to simplify configuration. As a side-effect though, configs from past versions might get lost! Due to that, I might hold off the next beta update to until I am satisfied with said config

Minecraft 1.21.11 has paved the way for The Rebirth Update: Part 2 having a much better layout than Ok Zoomer ever had!
I don't think it will release on the sixth anniversary of this mod though, I want to give it the care it needs
