Consider removing Display Adapter, Network Adapter, and Boot Order configurables

I think we should consider removing the Display Adapter, Network Adapter, and Boot Order configurables. Not sure if they have relevance for the WHMCS managed server use cases.

At the very least, if not removing the configurable option altogether, the incorrect "SCSI" and "ide" options for Network Adapter are to be removed.

Lets remove Display Adapter, Network Adapter and Boot Order altogether. Lets use the defaults defined by the API, as in remove the parameters.
