Installing baldphone in Android 13 from stores that are not google play will restrict a setting for notification access, so you need to bypass it but users don't know that.
Describe the solution you'd like
add informational text to the "grant all permissions" menu under "enable notification access", that says where to do that.
maybe it could have 2 buttons under this option. one for app info menu to disable restriction, a second button would still be the same.
