Virginia Heritage XTF code is not in this repo, but you can add issues relating to that code here.
VH XTF code is currently in a private subversion repo.
I would like to eventually move it to a public repo, but subversion repo is also used to track changes to the uploaded EAD xml files, so it's a bit of a chore to separate the public and private parts.
In the mean time you can use this repos issues to report issues for Virginia Heritage website.
